Just in time for National Ice Cream Day on July 20, Yelp has scooped out its annual list of the Top 100 Ice Cream Shops in the U.S., and two of Coral Springs’ favorites have earned top spots among the nation’s best.
Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream, located at 9739 West Sample Road, came in second overall on Yelp’s annual list, losing out to only Novel Ice Cream, located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Let’s Chill is best known for its award-winning flavors, such as Madagascar Vanilla and Bourbon Butter Pecan, which are made with real ingredients and free from artificial colors. They also offer milkshakes and “ice cream flights” for those who can’t choose just one flavor, or even three.
The Magic Cow at 10274 West Sample Road earned the No. 96 spot on Yelp’s 2025 list. The Coral Springs location is one of two Magic Cow spots to gain national recognition, with the Davie shop ranking even higher at No. 10.
Yelp’s list highlights trending treats across the country, including sandwich-style creations, small-batch ingredients, and international flavor influences. The Magic Cow checks many of those boxes, frequently rotating in global flavors and putting creative spins on ice cream classics.
The recognition is based on Yelp’s ratings, reviews, and engagement metrics, with an emphasis on quality, uniqueness, and overall customer experience.
