4 Majors Indoor Golf is set to mark its first anniversary in grand style
Co-founders Phillip Welke and Miguel Ramirez invite the community to join in the celebration featuring live DJ music, vendors, and delicious offerings from a popular food truck on Saturday, April 6, from noon to 5 pm, at 9701 West Sample Road.
Attendees can also look forward to exciting prizes and giveaways during the event.
Launched on April 1, 2023, 4 Majors Indoor Golf offers a unique blend of sports, entertainment, and social gathering space. The grand opening was a memorable event attended by the Chamber of Commerce, friends, family, and golf enthusiasts excited about Welke and Ramirez’s new indoor golfing concept.
Their journey began with a shared passion for golf and a vision to offer a novel experience that combined technology, comfort, and the love of the game. Then, the golf industry saw a significant uptick during the pandemic, and 4 Majors Indoor Golf capitalized on this trend by offering state-of-the-art Golfzon simulators.
The simulators provide an immersive experience with features like automatic tee-ups, multiple hitting surfaces, and hydraulic platforms to simulate real-life playing conditions. With options ranging from driving ranges to arcade games, 4 Majors caters to both serious golfers and those new to the sport.
In addition to the advanced technology, 4 Majors boasts a sports bar atmosphere with 12 large TV screens airing all major sporting events and designated TVs for each simulator. These allow players to enjoy music while playing or socializing.
The partnership with local favorite John The Baker lets guests order food directly to their tables via a QR code.
The establishment also introduced league play six months ago, welcoming players of all skill levels. With around 35 league members and growing, the leagues offer weekly and monthly cash payouts, fostering a competitive yet friendly environment.
4 Majors is committed to family-friendly entertainment. It offers kids’ golf camps, group clinics, and individual lessons led by PGA Golf Instructor Jon Smith in a private simulator.
Over the past year, Welke and Ramirez have focused on building strong community ties, participating in local events, and supporting charities to raise awareness of their business.
“4 Majors Indoor Golf is very proud to be operating in Coral Springs, and we look forward to serving the community for years to come,” said Welke.
