‘I Will Shoot All of You’: 7-Eleven Customer Pulls Gun, Flees to Studio 6, Arrested With Fentanyl

A 7-Eleven customer allegedly threatened to “shoot all of you,” pulled a gun, fled to a Studio 6 motel, and was arrested with fentanyl, Coral Springs police say.
According to a Coral Springs Police Department arrest report, Roger James Wilson, 36, of Coconut Creek, was arrested September 1 following an incident that began around 2:30 a.m. at the 7-Eleven at 5615 North University Drive.
Records indicate Wilson entered the 7-Eleven store and allegedly began flirting with a female employee while checking out. According to the affidavit, Wilson told her he had a hotel room at the nearby Studio 6 and would pay her to come upstairs with him.
The employee declined and pointed out her boyfriend, who was inside the store, police said. Wilson then allegedly told the group, “I will shoot all of you and not get caught,” before being escorted out of the business.
The boyfriend later walked to a nearby bus stop to order an Uber when, according to police, Wilson appeared again, pulled out a handgun, and told him, “I told you I would shoot you,” the affidavit states.

The victim walked away, but police said Wilson later caught up with him near the 9000 block of Westview Drive and again pointed the gun at him.
Responding officers located a man matching Wilson’s description in the parking lot of Studio 6 at 5645 North University Drive. Police said he repeatedly ignored commands to raise his hands and eventually attempted to move toward the hotel building.
Officers deployed a Taser and physically restrained Wilson.
During a search, officers said they found a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance in Wilson’s front pocket. The substance tested positive for fentanyl and weighed 4.54 grams, police said.
Wilson was taken to Broward Health Coral Springs for medical clearance before being taken to the Broward Sheriff’s Office Main Jail.
