Local 10’s Big Bus Toy Express Makes Festive Stop at The Walk in Coral Springs

The holiday season is a time for giving, and the Coral Springs community is invited to join Local 10’s Big Bus Toy Express as it makes a special stop at The Walk on Friday, December 12th, from 12–1 p.m.

The event, which supports the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program, will include a live broadcast from The Walk, located at 2750 N University Drive.

During the live broadcast, residents are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to the big fountain to help spread holiday cheer to children in need.

Free ice cream coupons from Kilwins are being given to people who donate toys during the event, redeemable on December 12th. Elmo will also be there during the hour.

Last year, The Walk and Amera Corp demonstrated their commitment to the Toys for Tots mission by presenting an oversized $1,000 donation check during a live segment with Local 10. This year, Amera will also make another monetary donation to help ensure no child is left without a gift this holiday season.

Toy Drop-Off Locations

For those unable to attend the December 13 event, The Walk is collecting toys through December 12 at the following locations:

Amera at 2900 N University Drive, 2nd Floor at The Walk – Coral Springs (Monday thru Friday 8 am – 5 pm)
Berkshire Hathaway at 2754 N University Drive at The Walk – Coral Springs
Whit’s Frozen Custard at 2866 N University Drive at The Walk – Coral Springs
Crocante Bakery at 2708 N University Drive at The Walk – Coral Springs
Jamba at 2816 N University Drive at The Walk – Coral Springs
Wildflowers of Parkland at 2904 N University Drive at The Walk – Coral Springs
