Basser’s Fine Wine confirmed that their much-awaited third annual Food and Wine Festival is slated for October 29, 2023.
Held in the Grand Ballroom at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Convention Center located near Heron Bay from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., this year’s event is poised to be its biggest yet, featuring an impressive collection of over 170 wines and a culinary journey offered by 15 of Coral Springs’ top-rated local restaurants.
In a conversation with Glenn Basser, co-owner of Basser’s Fine Wine, alongside his wife, Emily, he shared his vision for this unique food and wine extravaganza.
According to Glenn, their goal is to address the common pitfalls seen in similar festivals worldwide: overcrowding, exorbitant pricing, and inconsistent wine quality.
“We set out to ensure none of those things would be true with our festival.”
The event organizers have limited the number of guests to 600 to ensure a personalized experience with the vendors. Attendance costs only $100 and includes a complimentary wine glass, 30 wine tables, 15 food tables, discounts on wine purchases, and entertainment.
“We want people to have an amazing experience but not break the bank to do it,” he added.
This exciting event boasts a selection of top-tier wines carefully chosen from their daily stock to maintain exceptional quality in every pour. This year they will feature wineries such as Caymus, Cakebread, Frank Family, Cliff Lede, M By Mondavi, Honig, and many others.
Tickets are available on the company’s website at www.BassersFineWine.com.
Located at 6240 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs, Basser’s Fine Wine has made quite a mark in its four years of operation. The store gained recognition as the best wine shop in Coral Springs last year, adding to its growing list of accolades.
