In celebration of Black History Month, Fitfriendme and the Black Yogis of South Florida present a beginner family yoga day.

The day will free feature adult and children’s yoga classes, crafts, vendors, a live DJ, giveaways, and of course, tons of smiles. Come out and get active while the sun is still shining.

The event will take place at the Coral Springs ArtWalk located at NW 31st Court, Coral Springs, Florida 33071, on Saturday, February 19, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
