Broward County Schools new “Caliber Award” will be presented to an outstanding teacher, principal, assistant principal and school-related employee at a combined award ceremony to be held Thursday, March 1 at 6 p.m. at the Signature Grand, 6900 State Road 84 in Davie.
The ceremony will be streamed live by BECON-TV on the District’s website www.browardschools.com beginning at 6:30 p.m. and may be viewed via PC, Mac, iPhone, iPod, iPad or Android device.
The combined event replaces the annual Teacher of the Year, ACCLAIM and School-Related Employee ceremonies held in the past.
