At Wednesday night’s City Commission meeting, Coral Springs Charter School Panthers were recognized for winning the Class 4A State Title in women’s softball.
The team finished the season 29-0-1 and it was the school’s first ever state championship. Sophomore Allison Muraskin was the winning pitcher for the Panthers.
Both Vice Mayor Larry Vignola and Commissioner Dan Daley requested recognition of the team before the meeting commenced.
