Join the drama department at Coral Glades High School for a night of Shakespeare under the stars in their newly created amphitheater where audience members will get a unique and interesting Shakespearean globe experience.
This play follows the story of Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream with some juiced up contemporary characters. The classic story of mistaken identities and magic spells is combined with the outlandish characters of the Jersey Shore.
This is not only the first mainstage production to be performed at Coral Glades outside, but it is also the South Florida premiere of the show that was newly created in 2012 by playwright Ken Ludwig.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Jersey Shore Relief fund to help rebuild the area after Hurricane Sandy destroyed it this November. Please help us in our efforts to help rebuild the iconic Jersey Shore.
Tickets are on presale for $5.00 for students and $8.00 for adults at http://www.coralgladeshigh.com/onlinepayment.php or can be purchased 1 hour prior to the show for $7.00 for students and $10.00 for adults.
