It was Senior Night at Coral Glades during their big matchup against Marjory Stoneman Douglas.
Despite falling to the Eagles on Friday, the Jaguars had the chance to honor seniors Kervens Saint Juste, Jonathan Puddie, Craig Allen, Carlton Boggs, Micheal Jones, Alexander Hart, DJ Pauling, Harold St. Louis, Jesus Martinez, Dominic Sasso, Jaden Hunsinger, Elijah Lopez, Rasaun Goodrum, Carlos Ruiz, and Jonathan Hutsey,
Coral Glades also recognized senior cheerleaders with captains Angelina Rizzuto, Sydney Littman, Angelina Domanic, Blake Sands, and Maliyah Fair, as well as team members Brooke Jolliff, Joley Marr, Anaira Lopez, Zoe Laskowitz, Luciana Chavez, Kaylah Lebrun, Ivy DiLauro, Jada Howson, Arielle Whittle, Gabriela Rivera, Hailey Stein, Sabrina Ruas, Angelina Martell, Chloe Ritter, Abigail Compton, Kaitlyn Lemes, Madison Smith, Alyssa Castro, Arianna Manning, Reilley Rothman, and team manager Nikki Guzman.
“I am going to miss these seniors very much, and I am so proud of everything they have accomplished in the past four years,” said Head Cheerleading Coach Alison Madej. “They are truly amazing young ladies and whether they are four-year cheerleaders or first-year cheerleaders.”
The Jaguars also honored seniors from their band and color guard. In what was a rebuilding year for Coral Glades after making the playoffs in back-to-back seasons, the Jaguars had two wins this year. They came against rivals Coral Springs Charter in the City Championship and J.P. Taravella in the Jason G. Stein Swamp Bowl.
