The Coral Springs High School boys’ bowling program now has a whole team.
Coach Steve Rocke encouraged boys he believed had an interest and talent for bowling and got them to join the team. Coral Springs now includes Luke Kruse, Israel Allen, Noah McCabe, Jack Tarquinio, Enrique Soto, and Logan Howe.
“The team is improving and I believe we will be successful this year,” said Rocke.
Both the girls’ and boys’ teams defeated Boyd Anderson during the past week.
The Marjory Stoneman Douglas boys’ bowling team defeated Coral Springs Charter.
Coach Michael Gregory was pleased with the win and said that Bryce Gregory was a leading bowler and that Angelo Ferritino, Jason Zimbal, Hunter Woodruff, and Dylan Miller did well.
Hailey Glasgow has been performing well on the girls’ team.
“If we just keep playing well as a team, we will win,” said Gregory.
