The Coral Glades High School Boys’ and Girls’ bowling teams are showing success early in the season.
Anthony Catalano, the son of coach Joe Catalano and a senior, is leading the team with an average of 196.
Anthony said he enjoys bowling and is looking forward to the season. Jared Dubrow is also a leading bowler.
“We have a lot of new bowlers, but I think we will have a good season. We are battling for first place in our league,” said Joe.

The girls’ team is also strong and is poised for a very successful season. Leading bowlers include Sophia Pino, Crystal Carreras, and Chanel Escarment.
“Both the boys’ and girls’ teams are improving, and this could be our best season yet,” said Joe.

The Coral Springs High School boys’ bowling team is struggling early in the season and is looking for more members. The team includes Enrique Soto, Logan Howe, and Jack Tarquinio. “We are working hard and improving,” said coach Steve Rock.

The Colts girls’ team is improving and now has eight members. The leading bowler is Aracely Soto, twin sister of Enrique, according to coach Berta Reid.
