Coral Springs Charter Girls Soccer Advances to District Final After 6-0 Win

The Coral Springs Charter girls soccer team extended their season Thursday night with a 6-0 win over St. John Paul II Paul Academy to advance to the District Final.
Madison Micioni had a hat trick and an assist. Bailey Sweginnis had two goals, and Anna Mariano scored the other goal, while Ireland Thigpen had three assists in the victory.
"I am pleased with how we played and today’s result," said Head Coach Kristin Grassi. “It was a necessary step in our playoff journey. As we go into district finals, we hope to use our experiences from last year to build on and extend our success.”
The Panthers will play on the road at American Heritage in the final on Monday, February 8 at 6. p.m.
