The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between July 28 and August 3, 2025. Please note that the police have redacted the names of victims and addresses of most incidents.
Incidents
A municipal narcotics ordinance violation occurred at N University Dr/W Sample Rd on July 28.
Two separate domestic battery incidents were reported on July 28.
A Baker Act was initiated at NW 43rd Ct around 4:30 a.m. on July 28.
A grand theft auto was reported between 3:53 a.m. and 5:02 a.m. on July 28.
Additional Baker Acts occurred on July 28 at NW 3rd Ct and later in the week.
A forgery incident was reported on NW 99th Ave on July 28.
A fraud by wire totaling $748 was reported on July 28.
Multiple retail thefts were reported, including from Target, Walmart, and BJ’s, with estimated losses ranging from $52 to $2,701.
A case of identity theft led to a reported loss of $2,708; another fraud case resulted in a $10,000 loss.
A grand theft case on July 28 reported a loss of $2,195.
An animal bite was reported on Leitner Dr E on July 27.
Several incidents of “risk of harm,” suspicious activity, and disturbances were documented throughout the week.
Grand thefts included a motorcycle theft valued at $9,900.
Criminal mischief involving a vehicle and business property damages over $1,000 occurred.
An attempted suicide was reported on August 2.
Multiple Baker Acts and civil matters were logged.
A fraud case reported on July 31 led to a $570,000 loss.
Arrests
Navindra Sawh, 38, was arrested on July 28 for written threats to kill or cause bodily injury (felony).
Henry Joseph William Sessner, 41, and Emmalee Jean Hazer, 43, were arrested separately for domestic battery on July 28.
David Alvarez, 18, was arrested on July 29 for dating battery.
Elvin Nohel Alvarez Fuentes, 21, was arrested for cannabis possession (under 20g).
Hector Enrique Pineda Arita, 35, and Greg Renauld Glenn, 64, were arrested for drug paraphernalia possession on July 30.
Leroy Bannister, 49, was arrested on July 30 for selling/delivering oxycodone.
Donald Richard Bianculli, 62, was arrested for a capias warrant on July 31.
Harlen Maria Caldera, 38, was arrested for domestic battery on July 31.
Stacy Dawn Rosenblum, 41, was arrested on August 1 on a capias warrant.
Xiomara Hayde Espinoza Cruz, 35, and Janine Gabriela De Sedas Arauz, 35, were arrested for driving without a license on August 1 and August 2, respectively.
Juan J. Saravia, 18, was arrested on August 1 for retail theft.
Robert Lamar Stewart, 46, was arrested on August 2 for a capias warrant.
Shawn Louis Mccauley, 55, was arrested for dating battery on August 2.
Tavaras A. Lee, 19, was arrested for dating battery on August 2.
Jason Nathaniel Levy, 21, was arrested on August 3 for cannabis possession over 20 grams.
Gary Lee Hendrixon, 41, was arrested for defrauding food/lodging on August 3.
Vallechi Olimi Carey, 50, was arrested on August 3 for cocaine possession with intent to sell.
Timothy Jerome Woods, 56, was arrested for petit theft at Home Depot on August 3.
