The Coral Springs Parkland Democratic Club will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Aug. 6, featuring presentations from State Rep. Christine Hunschofsky and congressional candidate Kaysia Earley.
The meeting will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. Attendees are asked to register through the club’s website to receive the meeting location.
Hunschofsky, who represents Florida House District 95, will discuss the proposed tax law changes that will appear on the November 2026 ballot. The presentation will provide an overview of the upcoming constitutional amendment and its potential impact on Florida residents.
Also scheduled to speak is Kaysia Earley, who is running for election to represent Florida’s 22nd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
In addition to the guest speakers, club leaders will provide updates on upcoming events, community initiatives, and opportunities for Democratic civic engagement. The meeting will also offer attendees a chance to meet fellow residents and become involved in local political activities.
Light snacks and water will be provided.
