The City of Coral Springs will host its inaugural Patriotic Community Concert on Friday, Nov. 7, celebrating veterans and their families with an evening of live music, gratitude, and community spirit.
Set to take place on the City Hall Lawn at 9500 West Sample Road, the concert will feature performances by Hotel California – The Original Eagles Tribute and Life in Technicolor – A Tribute to Coldplay. The event aims to bring together generations through music that uplifts and inspires ahead of Veterans Day.
“This concert is our city’s way of saying thank you and reminding veterans that Coral Springs appreciates and supports them,” said Mayor Scott Brook. “All veterans deserve to be celebrated not just on Veterans Day, but throughout the year. Their courage and selflessness protect the freedoms we cherish.”
The city, recognized as a Veteran Friendly Community, continues to demonstrate its commitment through programs such as Hometown Heroes, annual Veterans and Memorial Day ceremonies, the Veteran Brick Program, and priority parking for veterans.
A special VIP area will be reserved for veterans and their families, offering complimentary refreshments, commemorative lanyards, and gifts as tokens of appreciation.
The evening will also include an Honor Walk, which will allow attendees to recognize local veterans’ service and sacrifice. Guests can participate in a letter-writing station to send messages of gratitude to active-duty service members deployed overseas.
Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets, and to wear patriotic colors for a night of music and community pride under the stars.
