Coral Springs now has two COVID testing sites.
A new test collection site opens at Mullins Park on Monday, Jan. 3 through Thursday, Jan. 6, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. After Jan. 6, the site will be open each week, Sunday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the city.
Mullins Hall
This site will open on Monday, January 3. The first week only the site will be open Monday through Thursday (January 3 – January 6).
Thereafter, the site will be open each week Sunday through Thursday.
The Mullins Hall location at 10150 NW 29th St., offers PCR testing only. It is a walk-up site where o appointments are necessary, and insurance is not required. Parking is available at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts. DOH-Broward operates this site in collaboration with the city.
Sportsplex Park
Open on Dec. 31 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The site at 2575 Sportsplex Drive will be closed on New Year’s Day. Testing Hours are seven days a week from 8 a.m.- 7 p.m., weather permitting.
Appointments are available but not required. This is a walk-up site offering PCR and Rapid testing. No insurance is necessary, and residents are asked not to bring their pets.
Please note that NOMI Health continually runs out of rapid antigen testing due to volume and a supply chain shortage; however, they can still provide PCR testing.
In-Home Testing for Homebound Elderly or Disabled Residents
Homebound elderly or disabled Broward County residents who are experiencing symptoms and cannot get to a testing site may call 954-412-7300 to be pre-qualified. Lines are open seven days a week from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Testing Hours are Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. – noon, and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. by appointment only.
