Lobster Linguine Fra Diavolo {Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian}
A new Italian dining destination is coming to Coral Springs as Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian prepares to open on March 17, 2025, at 10181 West Sample Road—the former home of Tavolino Della Notte.
The restaurant is the latest concept from P Hospitality Management, led by Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli and Paul Greenberg, the team behind Corvina Seafood Grill and Prezzo Restaurants.
Eddie & Vinny’s will feature fresh, seasonal Italian cuisine inspired by the country’s coastal regions. The menu will be complemented by an extensive wine selection, craft cocktails, and live entertainment, according to a statement from the restaurant.
Eddie Pozzuoli, whose family owned Tavolino, is eager to breathe new life into the space while paying tribute to its past.
“This is a family business if ever there was one,” he said. “To be actively working to bring that space back to life and introduce something new and exciting to the community is a dream come true.”
Tavolino Della Notte, founded in 2007 by Eddie’s father, Ed Pozzuoli Sr., and Thomas Genduso, was a Coral Springs staple for over a decade before changing ownership in 2019 and closing in March 2024.
Though the restaurant was no longer under their operation, the Pozzuoli family retained ownership of the property, paving the way for its next chapter as Eddie & Vinny’s.
The 230-seat indoor-outdoor restaurant, designed by Anna Woodman and built by Cannatelli Builders, will feature a sophisticated Mediterranean-inspired ambiance with dark blues, caramel wood tones, gold accents, and plush seating. An open kitchen, spacious dining area, and stylish bar and lounge will create a lively yet refined atmosphere, complete with a bespoke wine membership program offering personal wine lockers.
Award-winning Chef Jeff Tunks, known for his work at Corvina Seafood Grill, will head the culinary program. Chef David Garcia, Corporate Executive Chef for Prezzo Restaurants, will now take on the role of Executive Chef at Eddie & Vinny’s.
The menu will include a selection of raw and cooked starters, house-made pasta, fresh seafood, prime cuts, and Italian classics. Guests can expect dishes such as Blue Crab Bruschetta, Wagyu Meatballs, Chargrilled Octopus, and “Black & Blue” Seared Beef Carpaccio, along with pasta favorites like Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Lobster Linguine Fra Diavolo, and Malfadine Cacio E Pepe.
Entrees will range from fresh seafood, including Local Yellowtail Livornese, to heartier options like the Tuscan Cowboy Ribeye Steak with balsamic-glazed cipollini onions. A selection of house-made desserts, an Italian-focused wine list, and creative cocktails will round out the experience.
With an emphasis on high-quality cuisine, refined aesthetics, and an engaging atmosphere, Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian will officially open in March and aim to become Coral Springs’ next go-to dining destination.
