“A homey atmosphere where one can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax.”
This is the goal that Estefany Saumet has for her coffee shop, Feffy’s Café in Coral Springs.
Saumet’s dream has been open for about a year. She offers tea, coffee, matcha (green tea), croissants, bagels, snacks, and sandwiches.
“I want this to be a cozy place where people can come in, have a cup of coffee or tea, sit, and relax. Coming here is like visiting your grandmother’s house,” said Saumet.
Inside Feffy’s, a couch sits to the left, and a small table with chairs sits to the right. Saumet stands behind the counter with a welcoming smile, and books for customers to read are set out on the table.
Owning a coffee shop is the fulfillment of a dream for Saumet. “I worked in management at coffee shops for years, but I always wanted to open my own. I saved my money for years and collected decorations. Eventually, I was able to open Feffy’s,” said Saumet.
Saumet considers the current location in Coral Springs ideal. “I am in the central section of the city, and people come here from City Hall and other businesses,” she said.
Feffy’s is located at 9894 West Sample Road. Business Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday – Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
