The sourdough pizza brand How Ya Dough’n has officially set its grand opening dates for its first Broward County location in Coral Springs, offering free pizza and family-friendly specials to celebrate.
The new restaurant, located at the Modera Coral Springs development near City Hall on University Drive, will open its doors for a three-day grand opening weekend from April 24 through April 26.
Doors will open daily at 11 a.m., with hours running until 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and until 8 p.m. on Sunday.
To mark the occasion, the first 100 guests each day, 300 people total over the weekend, will receive a free 12-inch pizza of their choice, with no purchase required.
Families will also benefit from an additional promotion throughout the weekend. Children under 12 can receive a free kids-size New York-style OG pizza with the purchase of an entrée for dine-in guests.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Garett and Gabby Goodman, How Ya Dough’n began as a backyard pizza concept in Boca Raton during the 2020 pandemic and has since grown into a rapidly expanding brand known for its long-fermented sourdough crust.
The Coral Springs location marks the company’s first expansion into Broward County and continues its growth across South Florida and beyond.
The restaurant’s signature dough ferments for up to 12 days using high-protein organic flour, creating a lighter, crisp texture designed to enhance flavor and digestibility.
Menu offerings include both classic and creative pies such as the New York-style OG, Pistachio Pie, The Savage, and Drunken Balls, along with wings, salads, and sourdough “Dough Boys.”
The approximately 1,400-square-foot space features indoor and outdoor seating, along with dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering options.
Parking will be available in the on-site garage, with additional parking across the street at City Hall.
