Everyone wants to be happy. It’s considered one of our “inalienable rights”.
Yet, “being happy” has never been as important as it is now. The whole world is trembling, and we are living with the constant fear of a virus, and we have much more limited exposure to external stimulation and interaction with others.
The ability to think happy is crucial for our wellbeing and emotional stability during these uncertain times. These feelings impact our ability to interact with those we love and live with, and they directly affect our health as well.
I, therefore, feel so passionately about our upcoming four-week course on How Happiness Thinks. We are offering this life-changing course free of charge to any human being looking to enhance the happiness quotient of their life.
So please share this with anyone you care about because this course will be much more than discovering the Jewish secrets of positive thinking.
It will be an exciting journey into your own mind and psyche. Drawing on classical Jewish and mystical teachings, plus the science of positive psychology; these four classes will present you with a deeper understanding of yourself, and simple tools to radically increase your happiness levels.
This course will include a student book which will cover the following four lessons:
May 26 – The Joy of Being You
June 2 – The Joy of Mindfulness
June 9 – The Joy of Gratitude
June 16 – The Joy of Soul
To receive our free student textbook, you must register by Monday, May 25, at mychabadcenter.org/happy
