North Springs Little League 8U All-Star Team. {North Springs Little League}
The North Springs 8U All-Star baseball team claimed the District 10 Championship after defeating Parkland Little League 11-5 in the title game on Saturday.
After weather delays impacted much of the tournament schedule, North Springs battled through the bracket, winning its first three games to earn a spot in the championship. The team opened with victories over Coconut Creek, Coral Springs American, and Deerfield Beach before finishing its impressive run with the win over Parkland.
The District 10 champions were led by a talented roster featuring Alex Amaya, Vincent DeMaio, Christian Edwards, Keanu Hernandez, Jonathan Jruse, Matthew Maloney, Andres Mota, Lucas Rodriguez Torres, Alexander J. Romro, Michaelangelo Romero, Grayson Seeger, and Tucker Troxler.
North Springs’ championship run capped off an outstanding tournament, as the team remained unbeaten on its way to bringing home the District 10 title.
