The Parkland 17 Memorial Foundation will host its first in-person community fundraising event, Building Their Legacy Brunch, bringing supporters together to honor the lives of the 17 victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting while helping advance the foundation’s mission.
Held on brunch marks a milestone for the nonprofit, which was established to create a permanent memorial honoring the students and staff members killed on Feb. 14, 2018. The memorial, planned for the former Heron Bay Golf Club property in Parkland, is designed to celebrate the victims’ lives and enduring legacy.
Tickets are $81.88, and additional event information is available through the foundation’s Eventbrite page: Building Their Legacy Brunch Tickets.
