A new Mediterranean cuisine option is coming soon to Coral Springs.
The owners of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill plan to open their new restaurant at The Walk in early June. They are now hiring and training staff, according to M Zaman, one of the owners.
A fast-casual restaurant, The Great Greek offers a comfortable, casual dining atmosphere, according to Zaman.
The Great Greek’s most popular items include the gyro with chicken, the Athenian burger, the Great Greek rice bowl, and feta fries. Entrées include the souvlaki plate with chicken, steak, lamb, or shrimp. The Great Greek plate, including gyro meat and falafel, is also popular, according to Zaman.
The restaurant is one of 100 franchise operations nationwide. Other locations include West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Oakland Park.
The Great Greek is located at 2764 North University Drive.
