Venti Accounting celebrated its name change with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and party on Wednesday.
The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted the event. Florida state Rep. Christine Hunschofsky participated, along with community leaders.
Josh Streimer, partner, said Venti means “20” in Italian and represents a new chapter in the firm’s journey. The name was changed from Streimer and Flusberg to ensure the firm would not be focused on one or two individuals. The new identity is more modern and represents balance and clarity, according to Josh.
“Our goal is to understand the unique challenges of small businesses and not only meet client needs but exceed their expectations,” said Josh.
Laura Streimer, Josh’s partner and mother, is looking forward to the new name and focus on customer service. She advises clients on dealing with changes in tax and government policies. The firm does payroll for smaller companies.
“We have fun events such as luncheons, team-building activities, and volunteer projects. An important goal is to offer a positive environment,” said Laura.
Venti is located at 12540 West Atlantic Boulevard in Coral Springs. Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
