
Coral Springs High School Cheerleading Team. {CSHS Cheer}
The cheerleading season continued into the new year with four local schools shining at the Regional Championship and advancing to the State Championship.
Coral Springs Charter placed third in the Gameday Division at Regionals after previously winning first place at the District Tournament.
Coral Glades placed second in the large non-tumbling division at Districts and followed that performance with a third-place finish at Regionals.
Coral Springs High School also qualified for the State Championship after placing fourth in the large non-tumbling division. The Colts finished third at the District Tournament and additionally secured a bid to Nationals after placing in the top ten at UCA Regionals in Orlando.
J.P. Taravella placed third out of 17 teams in the medium non-tumbling division at Regionals after previously winning a District Title. Next, all four schools will compete at the State Championship on Thursday, January 22, in Lakeland.
