Police Detain Person After Coral Springs Shooting

Police detained a person in connection with a shooting in Coral Springs Friday afternoon. No one was injured in the shooting, a department spokesperson said.
The shooting happened at an apartment building in the 3700 block of Northwest 116 Terrace, police said.
There was no threat to the public, according to the department.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional details were not immediately made public.
