4 Rivers Smokehouse introduces new innovative dishes at affordable prices.
Established in 2009, 4 Rivers Smokehouse is known for its cross-regional approach to barbecue. Their latest innovation introduces a budget-friendly option for the restaurant and its customers.
“We’re going totally against the grain,” said 4 Rivers Manager Gary Zamechansky. The goal is twofold “lower the menu price and give people more food.”
As a result, the inflation menu emerged, a response to the increase in meat prices.
Influenced by its Mexican and southern-style origin, the food is a fresh take on the traditional barbecue meals.
Initially introduced in mid-March, the menu consisted of just the Mac Attack and Barbacoa Bowls. With the increasing approval by 4 Rivers’ customers, burritos were introduced.
“Since adding the burritos, it has continued to grow in popularity,” Zamechansky told Coral Springs Talk.
A fan favorite – the Buffalo Mac Attack consists of homemade french fries topped off with some mouth-watering buffalo chicken tenders, creamy mac and cheese, spicy jalapeños, and a choice of sauce.
The buffalo sauce gives this dish a unique flavor when combined with chicken tenders, fries, and mac and cheese. It provides the right amount of spiciness and has the perfect mix of southern comfort food.
The Barbacoa Bowls are made with white rice, black beans, and vegetables, topped with pulled pork, brisket, chicken tenders, roasted vegetables, or rice and beans.
The brisket used in these bowls is delicious, the meat is soft, and you can taste its smoky flavor. Paired with beans, rice, and Guasacaca, it’s a dish worth trying.
Made with fresh wheat tortilla, the burritos include refried beans, white rice, yum yum sauce, cheddar cheese, vegetables, and a choice of brisket, pulled pork, or chicken tenders.
For those looking for a convenient dish to eat on the go, it’s a great option. Like the bowl, it packs an incredible amount of flavor wrapped in a wheat tortilla.
Except for the Brisket Barbacoa Bowl, $12.49, and the Brisket Burrito, $11.49, the new menu is priced at $9.99.
Despite its increasing popularity, 4 Rivers only plans to keep the inflationary menu until the rise in meat prices stops, specifically beef.
Another limited-time promotion is available for mothers, fathers, and graduates. For every purchase of a $25 gift card, the customer will receive a bonus of $5. Valid until June 30.
4 Rivers Smokehouse is located at 2660 N University Dr in Coral Springs.
