Joshua, a 7th-grade student at Calvary Christian Academy in Fort Lauderdale, has a passion for engineering.
After perfecting his robotics skills over the past three years, Joshua had to redirect his disappointment of not being able to compete in the 2020 VEX Robotics World Championship into an act of kindness for the front line healthcare workers in his community.

With his love of building and creating, the Pompano Beach teen set a goal of donating 200 face shields to the Healthcare Heroes at Northwest Medical Center.
