Ella Coffee House Announces Tentative Opening Date in Coral Springs

A Plantation coffee shop chain is expanding into Coral Springs as part of a strategy to establish 15 new stores across Florida within the next two years.
Ella Coffee House, which has begun construction of its new location at Pine Ridge Square shopping center, located on the NE side of University Drive and Wiles Road, told Coral Springs Talk that it estimates opening in July 2024.
Ella Coffee House is known for its specialty coffee drinks and a menu that includes items like Hazelnut Nutella Lattes.
David Brand has recently been appointed as the Chief Development Officer of a company that was founded in 2016. With 20 years of experience in franchise operations and development, Brand has outlined the company's approach to growth through franchising. He emphasized the potential to replicate its business model in various markets.
Anthony Perera, a Florida-based entrepreneur with experience in multiple business ventures, including Air Pros USA and Cowboys Saloons, will oversee the expansion as managing partner. He emphasized maintaining Ella Coffee House's operational standards and community focus as the company grows.
The announcement comes shortly after opening another location at 3890 Davie Rd in Davie.
