A fresh new spot for coffee lovers is opening in Coral Springs.
Gregorys Coffee will debut at Coral Square Mall on Monday, September 30, 2024. This will be the second location in Florida and the 48th nationwide. They will be located in the former Starbucks near the food court.
Founded in 2006 in Manhattan, Gregorys Coffee strives to challenge the status quo and see coffee differently, according to Gregory Zamfotis, Founder and CEO.
“We are thrilled to introduce our second location in Florida and welcome more Gregulars into our family. Coral Square is a vibrant shopping center, and we are so excited to join the community.”
Gregory Coffee, known for its tagline “See coffee differently,” is positioning itself as a leader in the ever-competitive coffee industry by focusing on quality, service, and price. Their approach includes brewing fresh coffee every 30 minutes, crafting latte art, and baking pastries daily in-house. Gregorys also has a plant-forward menu featuring seasonal ingredients—perfect for anyone looking for a fresh, innovative option in their coffee choices.
This Coral Square opening is Gregorys’ 12th partnership with Simon Property Group.
