City Center West {Amera Corp}
A development partner has been named for the City Village West project.
During the April 27 Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) meeting, Gisele Rahael of Amera Corporation introduced Compson & Associates as their development partner for the City Village West project in Coral Springs.
It will involve the westernmost four-acre section at the northwest corner of Sample Road and University Drive, featuring 300 residential units, more than 20,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, and a parking garage, according to Rahael.
Compson was founded in 1947 in Rochester, New York, and is a fifth-generation family business active in New York, Virginia, and Florida, according to Rahael.
“Not only does Compson have a depth of real estate development experience ranging from mixed-use, retail, residential, condos, medical, shopping centers, and offices, but they also have a long-term view of real estate and their values align with the high-quality project envisioned for the corner,” said Rahael.
