A Coral Springs shopping plaza is being evacuated Tuesday as emergency crews respond to an active gas leak.
According to Coral Springs Police, the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department and police are on the scene at Riverside Square Plaza, 8200 Wiles Road.
Hazmat crews were en route to assist with the leak, authorities said.
Businesses in the plaza are being evacuated as a precaution while crews work to secure the area.
