Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for Paris Baguette {David Volz}
A new neighborhood bakery café offering pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and various coffees in the Modera complex is open.
Paris Baguette celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting event hosted by the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber on October 8. City commissioners and business leaders attended and sampled some of the restaurant’s cakes and pastries.
Chris and Kim Shin are looking forward to serving Coral Springs residents. “We have a passion for good food, and we believe in the Paris Baguette concept. We have really good cakes here,” said Chris.
Coral Springs is an ideal place to open a new restaurant, and Modera offers a great downtown location. “This is an exciting place to be; we have had positive relations with customers,” said Kim.
Paris Baguette is among a group of new restaurants that have recently opened on the ground floor of Modera and offers a casual, neighborhood atmosphere. The restaurant’s bakers and baristas serve a variety of fresh pastries and breads, Lavazza coffee, iced lattes, and other items, according to Chris.
