Spanish guitarist Benise will celebrate 25 years of music and dance with “Benise: 25 Years of Passion” on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 7:30 p.m. at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts.
Known as “The Prince of Spanish Guitar,” Benise will perform alongside musicians and dancers in a production featuring Spanish flamenco, Cuban salsa, Brazilian samba, Parisian waltz and drumming.
The anniversary tour highlights the blend of world music and choreographed dance that has become a signature of his performances. His Spanish guitar anchors a show that draws on musical traditions from around the world.
Benise, whose name is pronounced “Buh-nes-say,” marks 25 years of an Emmy Award-winning production with the tour.
Tickets start at $52, and you can buy them online at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts.
