Foodies craving casual Mexican cuisine have a new hangout spot.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos hosted their grand opening at 9208 Wiles Road on Friday. The restaurant lets customers build their own burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and taco salads.
In June, Coral Springs Talk reported that Bubbakoo’s expected to open by the end of the summer.
Bubbakoo’s offers a wide range of fresh topping and meat choices such as chicken, shredded pork, hibachi shrimp or steak, ground beef, and sriracha ranch grilled chicken. They also offer vegetarian options. Customers then choose various bases like rice, beans, salsa, and lettuce.
They also offer tater tots, curly fries, chicken wings, and fried Oreos.
The Coral Springs location is just the fourth in Florida. The other three are located in Plant City, Riverview, and Melbourne.
Bubbakoo’s opened in 2008 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. The restaurant has its roots in the skater and shore scene. According to the company website, the food is high quality, fresh, and ready to order. There are over 50 locations nationwide.
