An open-air Israeli marketplace will come to life in Coral Springs on Tuesday, March 3, as the Chabad Jewish Center transforms its space into “Purim in the Shuk,” an interactive celebration featuring authentic Israeli cuisine, hands-on cultural experiences, and festive Purim fun beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The event includes an Israeli dinner, a juicing station, a candy station, chai art, bracelets, a take-home spice mix, and henna and hair wrapping.
Purim commemorates the story of Queen Esther and the Jewish people’s deliverance in ancient Persia. The holiday is traditionally marked by costumes, festive meals, charity, and celebrations.
Tickets start at $30. RSVP here.
The Chabad Jewish Center is located at 11325 W Atlantic Boulevard.
