The Coral Springs High School girls basketball team is a win away from their second consecutive District Championship after their victory over Coral Glades Wednesday night.
Norray Richards led the team with 19 points. Lani Thuraisingham and Nae Martin each scored 16 in the win.
Head Coach Brent Hankerson said, “I’m blessed to have a group of young women that play hard and want to win.”
That was the team’s eighth win of the season in 12 games. Up next, they will face Deerfield Beach High School in the finals at home on Friday at 7 p.m.
