Coral Springs Police Department {Aiden Palmer}
The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between July 27 and August, 2026. Please note that the police have redacted the names and addresses of victims in most incidents.
Incidents
Aggravated Assault
An aggravated assault was reported on Aug. 1. An arrest was made.
Auto Theft
A vehicle was reported stolen on July 27.
Auto Burglary
A burglary from a vehicle was reported on July 31. Property valued at $15 was reported stolen.
Battery
Several battery incidents were reported during the week, including domestic batteries and one domestic battery by strangulation. Arrests were made in multiple cases.
Burglary
A burglary involving assault was reported on July 31. Two suspects were arrested. An attempted vehicle burglary in which nothing was stolen was also reported on July 30.
Criminal Mischief
Two criminal mischief cases were reported, including one involving more than $1,000 in vehicle damage.
DUI
One DUI arrest was made on Aug. 2.
Fraud
Police investigated numerous fraud-related cases, including identity theft, forgery, impersonation, false pretenses and other scams. Reported losses included:
$44,000 in an impersonation scam.
$6,750 in a fraud case.
$2,815 in an attempted fraud.
Several additional frauds ranging from $300 to $1,785.
Grand Theft
Several grand thefts were reported, including:
A stolen vehicle.
Thefts involving losses of approximately $501, $700, $976 and $1,000.
Identity Theft
Multiple identity theft reports were filed during the week.
Petit Theft and Retail Theft
Police investigated numerous shoplifting and retail theft cases with reported losses ranging from $9 to more than $700. Several suspects were arrested.
Property Damage
Two property damage reports were filed.
Stalking
Two stalking cases were reported.
Weapons
One weapons-related incident was reported on Aug. 1.
Arrests
Omar Vargas, 46, was arrested on July 27 on a capias warrant.
Ronald Allen Brown, 30, was arrested on July 28 for driving with a suspended license with knowledge.
Nicole Ann Chartier, 43, was arrested on July 28 on a capias warrant.
Leslie Rochelle Shivers, 51, was arrested on July 28 on a felony capias warrant.
Taliyah Sharae Davis, 23, was arrested on July 28 on a felony capias warrant.
Jamal Rashad Griffin, 36, was arrested on July 29 on a charge of aggravated battery.
Laura Alexandra Lambrano Castro, 34, was arrested on July 29 on a domestic battery charge.
Anthony Rito Ruberto, 45, was arrested on July 29 on a capias warrant.
Haiber Oveimar Solarte Portilla, 18, was arrested on July 29 for violating probation.
Vincenzo Florio, 37, was arrested on July 29 for obstructing an officer without violence.
Rishi Nickolas Samaroo, 25, was arrested on July 30 on a charge of domestic battery by strangulation.
Andres F. Cifuentes, 49, was arrested on July 30 for shoplifting.
Juan Carlos Valderrama, 42, was arrested on July 30 on a battery charge.
Michael J. Eisen, 63, was arrested on July 30 for petit theft.
Marissa Elana Singh, 49, was arrested on July 30 on a capias warrant.
Joyce Correy Vasquez, 43, was arrested on July 30 on a domestic battery charge.
Breyon Markiece Thomas, 24, was arrested on July 30 on a capias warrant.
Moises Antonio Medrano Martinez, 36, was arrested on July 31 on a domestic battery charge.
Priscilla My Ngoc Vu, 29, was arrested on July 31 on a burglary charge.
Alexander Medina, 43, was arrested on July 31 on a felony capias warrant.
Julie Thi Nguyen, 39, was arrested on July 31 on a burglary charge.
Kaidence Shailiha Allan, 21, was arrested on Aug. 1 on a capias warrant.
Brandon Magno Mainer, 21, was arrested on Aug. 1 for petit theft.
Jose Manuel Sanchez, 36, was arrested on Aug. 1 on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Romeo Demetri Grant, 24, was arrested on Aug. 1 for providing a false name to law enforcement.
Jose Moises Moran Ochoa, 24, was arrested on Aug. 2 for DUI.
Natalie Mardirossian, 31, was arrested on Aug. 2 on a domestic battery charge.
