Join the fun on “April Pool’s Day” for an entertaining and educational experience for families to participate in water safety activities, watch real-scenarios and demonstrations, and to learn about resources available to help make their home water-safe.
Presented by the City of Coral Springs, Broward Health Coral Springs and the Children’s Services Council of Broward County, the event will be held on Sunday, April 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cypress Park Pool.
This free, fun-filled and educational family event will feature free trial swim lessons, music, prizes and CPR practice. Along with free entrance to the water park, there will be sign to obtain vouchers for future free swim lessons, and free food and ice cream (while supplies last). While admission is free, residents must pre-register via Eventbrite by clicking here.
With child drowning and near drowning incidents on the rise, the city’s mission is to provide education to the residents in and around Coral Springs to protect children from this preventable tragedy. For more information on water safety, visit www.CoralSprings.org/watersafety.
