Residents will have an opportunity to register to vote, update their voter information and request vote-by-mail ballots during a voter registration assistance event at First United Methodist Church of Coral Springs.
The church will host representatives from the League of Women Voters of Broward County on Sunday, July 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at First United Methodist Church of Coral Springs, 8650 W. Sample Road.
The nonpartisan event is open to both church members and the surrounding community and is designed to help voters prepare for upcoming elections.
League volunteers will be available to assist with voter registration, updates to existing voter registrations, vote-by-mail ballot requests and general questions about the voting process.
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan organization that provides voter education and registration services without supporting or opposing political parties or candidates.
