A Coral Springs man was arrested for fondling an eight year old boy in front of his mother according to police.
On January 30, an 8-year old was out with his mother when Jonathan Brandon Simon, 22, of the 9500 block of NW 24 Ct approached them. Simon said hi and bent down to play with the dog, then reached under her son’s jacket and touched her son’s penis on top of his clothing. The mother, said in her statement that she pulled her son back and scolded Simon and both left the area.
Simon was located a short time later when he returned to his house. The mother observed him outside his out on his front own and identified him. “That’s him, right there with the blue and white striped shirt.”
Simon was arrested and held without bond and booked on lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim under 12.
