Fireworks, food, and fun highlight Coral Springs’ annual Fourth of July Celebration on Thursday, July 4, at Mullins Park.
The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m., and the fireworks ceremony will light up the sky at 8:45 p.m.
“Our annual Fourth of July event is a cherished tradition that brings our community together to honor our nation's independence,” said Mayor Scott Brook. “This event, complete with live entertainment, activities for all ages, and, of course, fireworks, provides a wonderful opportunity for friends and neighbors to come together and create lasting memories.”
In addition to the fireworks show, attendees can look forward to a variety of free activities and entertainment. Highlights include appearances by Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty stilt walkers, live music by Remix Band, vendor giveaways, lawn games, an inflatables zone, arts and crafts, interactive games, and contests.
For those looking to indulge in culinary delights, a selection of food truck cuisine, alcoholic beverages, and desserts will be available for purchase.
Parking at the event is free, and no registration is required. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets for comfort, though "staked" umbrellas or flag poles are prohibited. For safety reasons, personal fireworks, outside alcoholic beverages, and pets are not allowed in the park.
Mullins Park is located at 10000 Ben Geiger Drive.
