Kyle Jd Manuel Garcia, 19, on charges of grand theft over $5000 but under $10,000 at 9565 West Atlantic Blvd on February 13.
Dany Herman Palomes, 27, on charges of battery/touch or strike/battery/domestic violence at the 10700 block of NW 19th Place on February 16.
