Ember & Vine ‘Globally-Inspired Restaurant’ Targets Late July 2026 Opening

The owners of Eddie & Vinny’s and Parkland’s Dear Olivia are preparing to debut a new restaurant concept in Coral Springs.

Eddie Pozzuoli Jr. and his wife, Christina, tell Coral Springs Talk that the new restaurant, Ember & Vine – an all-day dining experience centered around globally inspired cuisine, handcrafted beverages, specialty coffee, and shareable dishes – is targeting a late July 2026 opening.

Ember & Vine will take over the former Angelo Elia location and introduce its unique concept, which, according to the team’s representatives, is designed to bring people together through food, hospitality, and meaningful connections.

“The name Ember & Vine perfectly captures what we’re trying to create.”

As they tell it, the lore behind the concept lies in the fact that the “Ember” portion of the name reflects the warmth and atmosphere of gathering around a table with friends and family, while “Vine” represents the ingredients, sourcing, and craftsmanship that serve as the foundation of the restaurant’s menu and beverage program.

The team said they selected the former Angelo Elia space because of its prominent location and history as a destination for memorable dining experiences in Coral Springs.

“We saw an opportunity to take an already well-known restaurant location and reimagine it with a fresh concept that reflects where dining trends are headed while still delivering the hospitality and quality that guests expect,” the owners said.

Before opening, the restaurant underwent a significant transformation. Owners said the space has been completely refreshed with updated finishes, new design elements, enhanced bar and dining areas, and a redesigned layout intended to encourage gathering and social dining.

Uniquely, Ember & Vine will feature multiple dining experiences under one roof, including a full-service dining room, bar area, flexible group seating, and spaces for private events and celebrations.

The menu will focus on fresh ingredients and shareable plates, with several dishes already expected to become signature offerings.

Among them are Christina’s Crudité, a “colorful, vegetable-forward presentation designed for sharing”, and Tuna Bombs featuring fresh tuna, avocado, ginger, and sesame.

Other highlights include Hearth Bread served with whipped herb ricotta and local honey, Miso Black Cod with crispy rice and sake-soy butter, and Beef Short Ribs accompanied by scallion pancakes, tamari, and sesame seeds.

The beverage program will feature handcrafted ‘creative cocktails’, curated wines, and specialty coffee offerings available throughout the day.

While Eddie & Vinny’s focuses on coastal Italian cuisine and Dear Olivia emphasizes elevated comfort food and cocktails, owners say Ember & Vine will offer something entirely different.

“Ember & Vine takes a different approach by offering a globally inspired menu, all-day dining, specialty coffee, and a more flexible experience that transitions naturally from morning through evening,” they said.

The restaurant is expected to create between 50 and 75 jobs, including both front-of-house and back-of-house positions.

As the end-of-July grand opening target date approaches, the team hopes the restaurant becomes more than just another dining option, but a place the community seeks out for more than just the food and beverages.

“More than anything, I hope people leave feeling like they’ve found a place they want to come back to again and again,” the owners said. “We want Ember & Vine to become part of people’s routines – the place for morning coffee, business lunches, celebrations, date nights, and everything in between.”
