Chabad of Coral Springs Next Free Food Distribution

With the holidays approaching this weekend, volunteers at The Chabad of Coral Springs want to make sure the needs of those who are struggling are met.

They’ve teamed up with Feeding South Florida, Farm Share, and individual donors to continue the food distribution this week on Wednesday, April 13.

This week, residents will need to register in advance with Feeding South Florida as they will be supplying food based on the number of families that register for assistance. When residents arrive on Wednesday, they will be asked for their bar code or phone number.

Social Services Director Nechama Gutman said they are always looking for volunteers, and service hours are awarded for their assistance, said Gutman. Students ages 15 and over who are interested can message their Facebook page and sign up.

The distribution takes place Wednesday, April 13, from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at 3925 N University Drive.
