Gary Rack’s Farmhouse Kitchen will expand into Broward County this summer with a new location at Modera Coral Springs, marking the brand’s third outpost and largest to date.
The 3,600-square-foot restaurant, founded by restaurateur Gary Rack, will be located at 3314 N. University Drive and feature a modern, urban design with indoor-outdoor seating, an open expo kitchen, and a wraparound patio. The space will also showcase a large-scale mural by Miami artist Ruben Ubiera.
Rack said Coral Springs’ continued growth and appeal to families and young professionals made it an ideal fit for the concept.
The kitchen will be led by Executive Chef Demetrio Zavala, a multi-time Food Network champion, offering a seasonal menu focused on fresh, locally inspired dishes. Signature items include buffalo cauliflower, Nutty Chicken, slow-braised ribs, and steak frites.
The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner daily, with weekend brunch and a daily happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m.
Gary Rack’s Farmhouse Kitchen first opened in 2014 and currently operates locations in Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
