High School football continued in week five with a commanding win by one team, while the weather impacted another.

The Panthers are set to play J.P. Taravella in their next game on Friday, September 26, at 7 p.m. The Trojans lost to Western High School. They are 1-4 this year after previously picking up their first win since 2023, after they beat Pompano Beach High School 23-6 in Week 2.

They will have another tough matchup coming up against Piper High School on Friday, September 26, at 7 p.m. The Bengals are 1-4 but have played an extremely tough schedule, and their only win came against South Plantation.
