Party City of Coral Springs wanted to remind passing motorists that today is St. Patrick’s Day by having one lucky employee wear a head-turning costume. That employee was Trisha Noel, 18, of Pompano Beach, a student of Palm Beach State College.
Noel enjoyed her day out of the store and getting double-takes from drivers in her unusual-looking costume.
