Park Springs Elementary School in Coral Springs is inviting prospective kindergarten families to its upcoming Kindergarten Round-Up, an orientation event designed to help parents and children prepare for the start of their first year of school.
The A+ rated school is offering two chances for families to participate: Thursday, Jan. 15 at 6 p.m. and Thursday, Jan. 22 at 8:30 a.m. The sessions will allow parents and children to visit the campus, meet members of the school staff, learn what it means to be a Park Springs Panther, and receive registration and enrollment information.
In addition to the orientation dates, Park Springs Elementary continues to host scheduled campus tours that begin at 9 a.m.; families can RSVP by phone as listed on the event flyer.
Kindergarten Round-Up is designed to introduce children to the environment they will experience daily, from classrooms and media areas to the teachers and administrators who will guide them through the year. The event also provides parents with an opportunity to ask questions about curriculum, schedules, and the resources available to support young learners.
Park Springs Elementary is located at 5800 NW 66th Terrace in Coral Springs.
